🍂 Fall Reset: The Pretty Girl’s Playbook

Every season, I do a reset. Now, in perfect time for fall, what’s better than to share the list with the girls?

1. Declutter your closet → donate, sell, or pack away summer clothes to make space for sweaters and game-day fits. personally, i love doing a closet reset in the spring and fall! whatever doesn’t sell by a certain day, I donate.

2. Deep-clean your desk/workspace → swap bright summer trinkets for candles, mugs, or cozy dĂ©cor. go through paperwork, drawers etc., and purge the old/unused. switch things up and make it autumnal!

3. Start a new journal spread → i have a long list fall journal spreads im excited to do! fall moodboard, gratitude list, a “25-26 season” tracker for my fav team, a fall tbr, etc. (check the Vault for a downloadable fall themed journal spread idea list!)

4. Refresh your digital life → update phone wallpapers, delete old notes, clean your photo album, and make a new study/playlist folder. i especially love to clean out my camera roll, apps, files. it takes forever but the payoff is amazing.

5. Switch out your scents → candles, perfumes, or body sprays that scream autumn (pumpkin, vanilla, smoky woods). bye bye floral!

6. Reset your skincare routine → richer moisturizers for drier weather + lip balm upgrades. a fall must have list is coming soon, don’t worry! đŸ€

7. Make a cozy reading list → stack of sports romances, campus novels, and darker fall reads.

8. Create a fall bucket list → i do a seasonal bucket list but my fall bucket list is always my favorite. bonfires, pumpkin patches, halloween parties, hayrides, cozy study dates, late-night journaling.

9. Check in with your goals → journal where you’re at vs. where you want to be by year’s end. read through the goals you made for yourself in january and make changes in your daily life to achieve those goals or, tweak the goals to be reasonable to where you’re at now!

10. Reset your sleep routine → earlier nights for colder mornings, maybe paired with journaling or reading before bed. nothing feels better than an early, crisp, fall morning or as cozy as a cool, autumn night.

What are some things that are on your reset list? Do we share any of the same?

xoxo,
